Pine Bluffs Community Center The project consisted of a renovation of an existing community/recreation center with updated life safety features, ADA accessibility, building addition, roofing, building entrance, fire protection, mezzanine reconstruction, and other modernizations. Bid alternates were strategically organized so the owner can add items later without major disruption. The project included coordination of specialty access door hardware to allow for 24-hour building access along with security systems and vandal-resistant construction to minimize abuse of the building during un-manned hours. The facility features newly renovated restrooms, showers, exercise area, HVAC system, and a full commercial kitchen.
